Delivery & In-Store Pickup
We do not offer any shipping outside of our local delivery area at this time. You can choose "Local Delivery" or "In-Store Pickup" as your preferred shipping method during checkout. In-Store Pickup orders can be picked up from our showroom located at 171 Main Street in Dartmouth, NS.
We will contact you by phone to arrange “Local Delivery” for your order once items have verified. Delivery service is not available on weekends or holidays. If you need your items as quickly as possible we recommend to select “In-Store Pickup” as your items will be available sooner.
* If you are outside of our area, you are able to arrange your own third party shipping services or have someone pickup the item on your behalf. Please be sure to provide us with any details if you choose this option. Sorry for any inconvenience.
Returns are accepted with 7 days of the "Ready for Pickup" email for any online purchases. In-Store purchases can be returned within 7 days of the Purchase Date. All items listed as "Final Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged after purchase. All returned items must be returned in the same packing as when purchased. Please ensure to inspect your item(s) to ensure you are satisfied before the end of your return period. All sales are final after the return period. ** If you are collecting Pearl Points, any points earned during the purchase will be deducted from your points balance once the item has been returned. Any points used to redeem a reward during a purchase will be returned to the account if the purchase has been refunded.
