Returns are accepted within 7 days of our "Ready for Pickup" email for online purchases excluding items marked Final Sale. In-Store purchases can be returned within 7 days of the Original Purchase Date. All items listed as "Final Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged after purchase. All returned items must be returned in the same packing as when purchased.

* Pearl Points: Any points earned during the purchase will be deducted from your points balance once the item has been returned. Any points used to redeem a reward during a purchase will be returned to your account once the purchase has been refunded.

Debit card purchases must be refunded to the card used at time of sale. We will not be able to process a refund to another card even if it is a joint account.
