Return Policy

We recommend you familiarize yourself with our return policy prior to purchasing.


We understand that sometimes a purchase doesn't work out, which is why we offer a 7-day return policy for items with a receipt. Please note that items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return or exchange. To ensure your return is accepted, please make sure the item is in its original condition and packaging at the time of return.

To ensure your complete satisfaction, we recommend inspecting your item(s) before the end of the return period. After the return period has ended, all sales are considered final. If you have any questions about our return policy, please feel free to contact us by phone or email. Contact us here.

Pearl Points: If you return an item, any Pearl Points earned during the purchase will be deducted from your points balance. However, if you used points to redeem a reward during the purchase, those points will be returned to your account once the purchase has been refunded.

** The Posh Pearl does not provide warranty, all items are sold “As Is” and are Final Sale after the return period.

*** For card purchases, refunds can only be issued to the card that was used at the time of purchase, which must end in XXXX as indicated on the bottom of your receipt. Credit card refunds will be processed automatically through our system. For debit card purchases, refunds must also be issued to the card that was used at the time of sale. Please note that we cannot issue refunds to a different card, even if it is a joint account. 


Price Adjustments

While we continuously work to provide our customers with great prices, we are unable to match special offers or price reductions that take place during promotional periods.
